Blinded by jealousy, Bravo even concocted a plan to kill Aguilar, believing he could be reunited with Friman. During the trial, Bravo’s incredibly detailed journal was used as evidence. The journal not only contained his obsession with Friman and his desire to “win her back”, but also how he intended to get away with the murder of Aguilar, who he had known since middle school. In the end, Bravo was convicted and sentenced to life in prison
